What Is the UPSRTC Divyang Concession?
UPSRTC provides a fare concession to passengers with disabilities under the Divyang category. This concession applies to both single journeys and monthly passes, making regular travel accessible and affordable for differently-abled passengers across Uttar Pradesh.
Eligibility Criteria
- Passenger must hold a valid disability certificate issued by a government medical authority.
- Disability must be 40% or more (as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016).
- UDID (Unique Disability ID) card holders are given priority processing.
- Applicable to Indian citizens only.

How to Avail Single Journey Concession
- Go to the UPSRTC ticket counter at the bus stand.
- Inform the counter staff that you require a Divyang concession ticket.
- Present your UDID card or disability certificate alongside your photo ID.
- The counter issues a concessional ticket at the reduced fare.
Important: Divyang concession is currently not available for online booking. You must purchase the ticket at the physical counter.

- Visit the Pass Section at your nearest UPSRTC bus stand.
- Collect the application form for Divyang MST Pass.
- Fill in personal details, travel route, and disability details.

Which Bus Types Give the Concession?
Divyang concession applies on Ordinary and Janrath category buses. It does not apply to Volvo, Shatabdi, AC Sleeper, or Pink Express services.
Does the Companion Also Get Concession?
Yes — but only for visually impaired passengers. One accompanying companion of a blind passenger receives a 50% concession on the same journey. For other disability categories, the companion pays full fare.
